The objectives are as follows:-

1. To represent the members of the Dewan in the District concerned in terms of the general welfare of the members and to bring to the attention of the Majlis Tertinggi of any problems faced by the members in their business undertakings for actions;
2. To support and relate the Dewan's and the Majlis Tertinggi's plan, mission, vision and programmes to members of the Dewan in the District concerned;
3. To monitor all business activities and opportunities with the view of finding ways and means of improving the welfare of the members in the District concerned and of the welfare of the Kadazandusun Murut community as a whole;
4. To organize district level meeting among members of the Dewan and the business community as a whole;
5. To relate and disseminate current information to members in the District concerned regarding business environment in Sabah and Malaysia;

2. DLC Kudat
3. DLC Sandakan
4. DLC Tawau
5. DLC Keningau
6. DLC Labuan
7. DLC Kuala Lumpur
