Frederick Edwin Lojingki, had his final education in Business Management from the United Kingdom 1984. Prior he was a Clerk with the Sabah Development Bank Berhad.

Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director for Lojingki Holdings Sdn Bhd Group of Companies. He is also Managing Director to a Class A, CIDB G7 and certified ISO9001 Civil & Structural Company, an Executive Director to 4 Property Development Company and a Director to 9 companies with business ranging from aquaculture, food processing, quarry stone, slipway and palm oil.

A Founding Member of KCCI in 1997, he has had the opportunity to serve as the Vice President cum Chairman of the Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries from 1997-2004. Frederick was the KCCI Deputy President holding the portfolio of Disciplinary Committee Investment, Agro & Natural resources. Elected to the seat of Presidency in March 2007, presently he is the Chairman for Investment/Financial Planning & Disciplinary

Alli Bin Masri, gained final education in Barchelor Agri-Business Science from the University Pertanian Malaysia. Prior he attended the infamous Royal Military College (RMC) from 1978-1979.

Currently he is the Managing Director for Afie Enterprise Sdn Bhd Group of Companies. Elected as the Timbalan Yang Di-Pertua in March 2007, Alli is also the Chairman for Properties & Construction Industries.

His wide experience and success in construction since 1989 to now will bring about new and beneficial ideas as well as opportunities for KCCI in general, to compete and venture new projects either private or government funded. His social and welfare obligation are well recognised in the local scene that he is also the Advisor of Old Putera Association Sabah Region and currently serving the 3rd Term as Deputy President of The Kinabalu Golf Club.

William had his early education in University Technology MARA which attained him the Diploma in Public Administration with Distinction and University Malaya Kuala Lumpur with Bachelor of Law.

His early working stint, he was attached to the Sabah Land Development Board Beaufort region as Regional Manpower Officer. Currently he is a practising lawyer and partner to an Advocate & Solicitor firm of Sia Mojilip & Nasir in Kota Kinabalu. A Founding Member of KCCI in 1997 and had held the post of Secretary General since inception. He is also the Board of Governor to St Mary Primary & Secondary School, Limbahau Papar.

SOCIAL & COMMUNITY

Graduated from University of Surrey, United Kingdom in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) 1997. Carl started his early employment and previous undertaking in civil, structural & project management consultant companies. He was assigned to several key posts that include Design Engineer, Project Engineer, QA/QC Manager, Assistant Superintendent Officer and Assistant Project Manager. Five years later he was a Project Manager / Executive Director with a Class ‘A’, CIDB G7 and ISO certified Construction Company. He is a member to the Board of Engineers Malaysia on 14th December 1999 No 32050A.

Currently a Managing Director of Sri Majupena Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a family run business having its scope in Civil & Structural Contractor, Property Development and Project Management.

Carl was elected to the seat of Assistant Secretary General in March 2007. Following his appointment, he holds the Social & Community portfolio where he is to promote and oversee continuity of KCCI members close relationship, foster greater awareness and understanding among the chamber and chambers in Malaysia in its mission and vision.

Ladislaus, 55, had his early education at the Holy Trinity Tawau and completed with a Senior Cambridge Certificate. Working experienced over 37 years in the field of airlines and tourism, Ladislaus is an established operator of a licensed air travel ticketing inbound and outbound tours having it business operation under the tag name of Multiclients Travels Sdn Bhd, Kota Kinabalu. He is both active in business as well as community and is bestowed with Life Membership to Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association (KDCA), Palliative Care Association, Kota Kinabalu and Jaycees International (Senator).

Appointed to the seat of Treasurer General since 1997, Ladislaus is also the Founding Member of KCCI. His remarkable service of over ten (10) years had him awarded the “AHLI SETIA DARJAH KINABLU” (ASDK) by the Sabah State Government. Currently he holds the portfolio of Cultural & Tourism where he continues to realign and open new opportunities in tourism market for our members.

DATUK AMISAH YASSIN

INFORMATION & PUBLIC RELATION

Datuk Amisah, is a United Kingdom graduate in Legum Baccalaureus (LLB) or Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the Warwick University. Her working experience started as a Clerk with the Kepayan Police Headquarters Kota Kinabalu, Jabatan Kerja Raya Tenom and Chief Minister Department in 1967, 1968, 1969 respectively. Datuk was then the Special Assistant to the Director of Education Sabah until she ceased from government service in 1975. She was appointed as the Councillor to the Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council from 1981-1985 following which saw her appointment as Political Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture Development & Fisheries Sabah.

Actively involved in the community sector, Datuk is readily available to serve in her best capacity as she is well accorded to numerous organisations which to name a few are the Intan Junior Chamber, PEWASA, Ahli Lembaga Pelawat Penjara and Taman Seri Puteri Menggatal, AJK Orang Buta-Buta Sabah, Timbalan Presiden Peranakan Sabah dan AJK Kelab Sabah, Kuala Lumpur. Elected to the seat of Vice President as Information & Public Relation in March 2007, Datuk has again confirmed her commitment to continue developing our KCCI and Sabah community in general.

Presently Datuk Amisah Yassin is the Political Secretary to the Ministry of Youth & Sports Sabah.

Datuk Lawrence Sinsua is one of the KDM pioneer businessmen in Sabah. Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Mascom Construction Sdn Bhd, a Class A, CIDB G7 and certified ISO9001 Civil & Structural Company, Datuk has many accolades that will suggests to inspire any aspiring small-medium business holders.

Appointed to the seat of Supreme Council in early 2007, Datuk has been active in promoting KCCI both locally and nationally due to his business operation having offices both in Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur. His network of business has greatly improved the image and marketing strategies of KCCI and will undoubtedly offer more advantages to KCCI members with the view of opening new branches outside Sabah & Labuan.

BUSINESS SERVICES & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Pius gained his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration and Diploma Business Studies from United Kingdom. Started working with the Chief Minister Department in 1978 as a Clerk in the Bumiputera Participation Unit and Administration Superintendent with the Sabah Forest Industries in 1986-1994. He was then active in business during the turn of economic downturn with the setting up of Masayun Management Consultancy Services. He now holds 5 companies of which he is the Sole Proprietor, Director and Managing Director. Pius is also a member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries (AMCCS) an Associate of Institute of Financial Accountants, UK (AFA).

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 1997, he is also the Founding Member of KCCI. A service of over ten (10) years, Pius is a dedicated and hard working businessman. As the Supreme Council he is responsible to oversee the opportunities and create awareness in terms of business ventures and entrepreneurial undertaking among members.

Freddy, has working experience of over 22 years and involved in business for 9 years. His vast working tenure included the Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), Kota Kinabalu Municipal Council and Sabah Credit Corporation. He is well regarded among his counterparts as a successful Real Estate Management, Insurance Agency, Property Broker and a Licensed Money Lender.

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 1997, he is also the Founding Member of KCCI. A service of over ten (10) years, Freddy was the Chairman for Business & Information Technology Development. In view of his enormous contributions in the past, KCCI has appointed him to lead the Domestic & International Trade which among others is responsible to diversify and create greater opportunity for KCCI in the trade industries.

BONIPASIUS @ BONIFACE BIN BIANIS

Boni is highly respected for his academic and entrepreneurial background. He gained early education from UiTM, Diploma in Business Studies in 1985. Pursued Degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1989 and finally attained the Master in Business Administration from Bolton University United Kingdom in 2004.

Briefly, he rose from executives to managerial position since he graduated in 1985. His employment includes Commission of Inquiry with the Chief Minister Department, KPD Holdings Sdn Bhd, Institute for Indigenous Economic Progress and Flextrade Sdn Bhd. His academic and working background exposed him to major portfolios both in the public and private sectors which to name a few are Accounting, Company Cash flows, Management & Accounting Policies, Staff Administration, Marketing Strategies, Company Corporate Plan and Government Link Companies turn-around plan programs.

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 2003, he is also the Chairman of Research & Development (R&D). Boniface is well acknowledged by KCCI to be a major force in the R&D and an asset due to his vast hands-on experience in the private and public sectors. He is well regarded for his turn-around project management skills and is currently a Director at KK Dinamik Sdn Bhd, responsible for the overall management of the Bumiputera CIDB G7 & PKK A certified company.

Edmond, 53, has 33 years working experience. He carries a work load that ranges from shipping, banking, sales, government service as well as social and welfare service. Came to business after rising through the ranks from a boy clerk, regional executive & branch manager to one of the biggest trading house in Sabah, Perkasa Trading Sdn Bhd and finally ‘Setiausaha Perhubungan Awam’ to the Finance Minister of Sabah.

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 2002, he is also the Founding Member of KCCI. His long service in the public sectors bestowed him by the State Governor of Sabah the “Ahli Darjah Kinabalu (ADK)” in 1987. Edmond is currently the Director of Perisai Samudra Sdn Bhd, a PKK Class ‘A’ and CIDB G7 certified, Civil & Structural Contractor Company. His wide experience both in the private and public sectors as well as government link agencies is an asset to KCCI especially in the Food & Agro industry. He is responsible to diversify, monitor, advise and create opportunities for KCCI and its members in general.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Gedi, is a well respected businessman and gentleman in Labuan. With basic academic qualification, Gedi, 46, had his early working stint in the furniture & construction sector. From a humble beginning Gedi has managed and founded his company, Berjaya Furniture FT Labuan, and it is among the sought after in Labuan. Berjaya Furniture specialises in supplying domestic furniture for personal or office use.

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 2005, Gedi has contributed tirelessly to KCCI. His enormous network thru his existing business has led him to open up new offices for the chamber in Labuan. In 2005, District Liason Committee (DLC) Labuan was formed with Gedi as the first and founding president for KCCI DLC Labuan. He is now the Business Development Chairman for KCCI. Appropriately so Gedi has successfully created many successful KCCI members from DLC Labuan to operate and manage their own business be it trading or service. His capacity as the President KCCI DLC Labuan and also Business Development Chairman will undoubtedly bring much awareness and future successful businessmen either in Labuan and Sabah.

Marsillius, 57, carries 10 years working experience serving as a clerk in the civil service, as a Manager with a sister company of KOSAN for 3 years, Pegawai Kanan Pembangunan Masyarakat Di Jabatan Pembangunan Masyarakat Sabah since 1975 and currently member KOSAN Board of Directors. He is also at present active in trading business with markets targeted towards the local. Marsillius is also a veteran in politics having made his mark since 1970 to date.

Elected to the seat of Supreme Council since 2005. His wide experience both in the private and public sectors as well as government link agencies is an asset to KCCI. With the inception of KCCI new office term beginning 2007, Marsillius is entrusted to undertake the leadership of the Small & Medium Industry (SME) mainly to monitor progress, advice on new technologies and assist the SMEs within and around Sabah. In tandem with government’s effort in producing competitive SME traders, KCCI has taken up steps to create such portfolio together to enable our members are too given the same attention.

WILLIAM THOMAS KOKOU

NATURAL RESOURCES & MARITIME INDUSTRIES

Kokou had his final higher education with a Masters of Science (MSc) in Transport, Majoring in Port and Shipping Administration from the University of Wales College of Cardiff United Kingdom.

Prior to higher education, Kokou had an extensive background in the shipping industries working experience beginning with MISC Agencies Sdn Bhd as Operation Depot Executive, 1) Operation Manager 2) Admin & Finance Director and 3) Managing Director for Orion Shipping & Forwarding Sdn Bhd.

Currently Kokou is the Managing Director of a 100% fully owned Sabah Bumiputera Shipping, Forwarding & Transportation Agency Company operating under the banner of DKC Intermodal Lines Sdn Bhd.

Appointed to the seat of Supreme Council in March 2007, he is also the Chairman for Natural Resources & Maritime Industries. William is entrusted to continue the success of his portfolio and possibly venture trade into other country. Our participation in natural resources and maritime are minimal and under explored. In advent of government blue chip companies investing heavily in Sabah state over the next 10 years, KCCI endeavour to tap its lucrative business for higher income and profit generating purposes, creating a healthy financial standing for KCCI and its members.
